Curious what all those deductions are for? Wondering who OASI is and why they take a chunk of your paycheck? What is this stipend for? What the heck is Herp Sup Fund? Our pay stubs are hard to read, particularly for faculty. It gets really confusing as you may be compensated for attending PD or working on projects and other special assignments.

 A BCAHE representative will explain all those deductions, explain which ones are mandatory and which are voluntary and maybe explain a few options that you didn’t know you had!
