The proposed bylaws amendment was presented at the General Membership meeting on September 18, 2025. That proposal can be found in our Governing Documents.

Only members have the ability to vote on changes to the bylaws. Ballots were sent electronically and were open 9/18 – 9/22.

Results: Members voted to accept these changes.
